Our BASECAMP program is where we start all our new clients. BASECAMP is a comprehensive program that addresses all the core components that we at MUVEMENT know are necessary, not only to achieve weight loss and optimal health, but maintain them for the long run.

There is nothing “cookie cutter” about the BASECAMP program. We program to YOUR individual needs, including the fitness, nutrition, and functional protocols. The length of the program will also be determined by your current health status, and where you want to be.

Your BASECAMP journey includes professionally programmed weekly workouts, ongoing diet/meal plans designed by our staff nutritionist, and a personal accountability coach to ensure you are you are staying on track and supporting you every step of the way.

You will also work alongside our functional Health specialist (FDN-P) to help you navigate things like hormonal imbalances, gut health issues, metabolic deficiencies, and other imbalances that can be and are most likely reasons why you can’t lose weight, have low energy, and just don’t feel right. This is a game changer!

Unfortunately, we live in a world where diet and exercise are no longer enough in regards to helping people achieve optimal health. Exposure to toxic chemicals, unhealthy food, poor sleep, and other environmental pollutants are wreaking havoc on our bodies and diet and exercise alone are often not enough to help people see a true breakthrough in their weight and overall health.

At MUVEMENT we are about fully OPTIMIZING your health so that you not only look great, but feel great, and most importantly, you maintain these changes for the rest of your life!

BASECAMP can serve as an ongoing option to meet your fitness needs, or as a precursor to our more advanced SUMMIT program!


Our SUMMIT program is our advanced program. We strongly recommend all our clients progress to SUMMIT once they have successfully reached their primary goals with our BASECAMP program.

SUMMIT is all about getting you to dream big! Its starts by having you pick a BIG, epic challenge that you want to achieve. This could be a challenge of your own, or one of the various challenges we offer throughout the year. Our challenges include a summit of Mt. Washington, and Hartford Half/Full Marathon, Presidential Traverse, and Spartan Race. These are just a few options, or you can choose whatever you want, but it has to be BIG!

We then create a training and nutrition strategy around you challenge to help you best prepare, and just like our BASECAMP program, we are with you every step of the way!

There are many reasons why we created SUMMIT, but one of the main reasons is because research shows that you are much more likely to stay focused on your health if there is an external challenge keeping you focused.

Many people end losing their focus on their health once they reach their weight goals or other health goals because they are no longer chasing anything. With SUMMIT, we give you something to chase!

Project HOPE is a unique opportunity to help others while simultaneously achieving your own goals. Research shows that when we focus on helping others, the benefit to our own health, physically, mentally, and emotionally, drastically improves…not to mention it’s something we should all be doing to make the world a better place!

The idea behind Project HOPE is to take your SUMMIT challenge and turn it into a fundraising event to raise money either a charity of your choice, or for our partner charity Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), whose mission is to recuse children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.
